Because our products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right. In the event of a defective or misprinted item, customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with our fulfillment partner. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed, you may be eligible for a reprint or refund at no additional cost to you.
